Since 2010, the principals of Silversaw have promoted strategic land, working with landowners and multi-disciplinary teams. Recent work includes a consented scheme providing new family homes, a retirement village, care home and community building. Projects have also included historic restorations, and new builds featuring advanced technologies like renewable energy systems and borehole water supplies. This includes the re-development of Hill Farm in Kings Langley, which restored a 500-year-old farmhouse, converted historic barns into modern homes and built new family homes in place of disused agricultural and industrial buildings.
